Come one, come all to a happy hour of CE.
PECA is excited to host JP Morgan on May 21st to present the latest and greatest information captured in their “Guide to Retirement.” The Guide offers a perspective on the evolving landscape of retirement planning, focusing on key themes such as Social Security, guaranteed income, and the importance of long-term investment strategies. It also includes helpful insight into Social Security/Health and the role all these topics play in retirement planning discussions.

Michael Conrath, CFP®, CPRC®, is a Managing Director and the Chief Retirement Strategist and Head of the Retirement Insights Strategy Team for J.P. Morgan Asset Management. Michael is responsible for researching and delivering timely retirement-related insights to clients and financial professionals. Michael has over 25 years of investment and wealth management experience and focuses on identifying themes to improve retirement savings and deliver better retirement income outcomes for individuals across the wealth spectrum.
Michael has appeared on television, radio and print media, including CNBC, Bloomberg TV, The Wall Street Journal, Yahoo Finance TV, Fox News, PBS, Cheddar, Morningstar and Investment News to discuss wealth and investment planning.
Michael formerly was the Head of Education Savings for J.P. Morgan Asset Management and was responsible for the firm’s 529 plan strategy, product solutions and distribution efforts across client relationships.
Prior to joining the firm in 2011, Michael was Wealth Planning Director at AllianceBernstein where he spent over a decade developing the firm’s college-savings solutions, retirement planning initiatives and national account relationships. Prior to that, Michael held similar roles at Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and New York Life.
Michael earned an M.B.A. with a dual concentration in Finance and Taxation from Fordham University and a B.A. in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University. He is a Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® and holds the Series 7, 6 and 63 licenses.
